What I’m doing now
An honest snapshot of where my attention goes this month. Updated May 17, 2026.
Client work
- Monthly local SEO maintenance for three active practices (family law, tax advisory, dental clinic).
- In-progress technical audit for an SMB recovering from a 30% organic drop after a botched migration by their previous agency.
- Planning two new local SEO engagements starting in June.
This site
- Phase A closed (online + cert + sitemap + security headers).
- Phase 2 — Content in motion: 3 services published, 5 initial blog posts, implicit visitor mode system via behavioural tracking (no «I am X» tabs).
- Next: translate content to English, add 3-5 more posts on Core Web Vitals 2026, hreflang, and advanced Schema.
Open research
- Measuring LLM citations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) for clients using DataForSEO LLM Mentions API. A post on emerging patterns is coming.
- Building an in-house skill to audit Schema markup at scale via Claude Code + Playwright. Will publish when stable.
- Thinking about whether to launch the Spanish SEO Observatory with 20-30 manually curated profiles.
What I’m NOT doing
- Not accepting new clients until June. If you write, I’ll reply, but the waitlist starts there.
- Not posting on LinkedIn or Twitter/X. The site is still the single channel.
- No mass training or «courses». If this changes, it will be very targeted 1:1 mentoring.
This page updates every 1-2 months. If something here doesn’t match what’s visible outside, remind me at [email protected].
Inspired by nownownow.com and Derek Sivers’ habit of publishing a /now page on every personal site.
