You run a local SMB (law firm, clinic, workshop, hospitality) and need customers to find you when they search for your service in your area.

Diagnostic
After years doing this, listening properly is still what I find hardest. Every client has what looks like the same need —«more clients»— and they all turn out to be different. Sometimes the client knows what they want but can't find where it fits in my work. That's why the first conversation is just that: ask and understand, before proposing anything.
Plan
The initial plan covers the big stuff: architecture, core content, Schema, Google Business Profile, 90-day priorities. But SEO in 2026 is no longer a fixed plan: Google ships changes every month, AIs shift how they cite sources every quarter. The plan keeps adjusting to what's coming, without losing sight of what we set out to achieve.
Execution
On-page implementation, professional Schema, editorial content aligned with how your client searches, a living Google Business Profile. I use in-house AI tools to speed up the repetitive parts (Schema audits, FAQ validation, copy variant generation), but the call and final filter are human. If something is written by AI and I don't edit it, it doesn't ship.
Measurement
Search Console, GA4, real Core Web Vitals, positions per keyword, AI citations. Each month I try to make the report a bit more accurate, more visual, and more readable than the previous one. If you need to read it twice, it's badly written. If your team doesn't understand what changed, it's not worth it either.
Result
The goal isn't ranking #1 for a vanity keyword: it's that the person who needs exactly what you do finds you before others, arrives at your site with the information they need to decide, and reaches out feeling they're in good hands before talking to you. That means fewer lukewarm calls and more clients arriving already convinced.

Field study · 01 · Family law
«I thought SEO was for big companies. Jesús showed us how a client searches when they're thinking about divorcing, and that changed everything.»
[[ ABOUT JESÚS ]]
I'm an independent SEO consultant. I work from Valencia and mostly with professional practices —law firms, accountants, clinics, dentists— across Spain. I don't optimise for «lawyers Madrid» or «dentist Barcelona»: I work in the space where a local SME can actually compete and where a real client is looking for real help.
My way of working comes from years of listening to clients who arrived frustrated from agencies that spoke to them in empty metrics. I learned, above all, to ask one question before proposing anything: what is your client searching for when they need you?. Almost always, what the business thinks the client is searching for and what the client actually types into Google are different things, and that's where the real work starts.
I edit the Spanish SEO Observatory, a public directory of consultants in the sector with visible criteria. I publish every fortnight on how the craft is changing with AI, no funnels, no promises. I build tools in the Workshop that ship with their prompts and real costs on /transparency. I don't promise the top 1, I don't buy reviews, and I don't sell monthly packages without diagnosing first.
