Honest, actionable SEO audit
One week of work. I tell you what's wrong, what to fix first, what each fix is worth, and what impact to expect. No commitment to keep working with me.
Who it's for
For whoever wants to know what's wrong without recurring commitment. A PDF and an hour of my time. You decide what to do with the result.
This audit isn't «a call to sell you monthly SEO». If afterwards you want to work with me, great. If not, also fine: I deliver an actionable report and we say goodbye as friends.
The two modalities
Quick audit (1 week)
For small to mid-size sites, or for initial diagnosis. Covers:
- On-page analysis of top 20 pages (those generating most impressions per Search Console).
- Basic technical: Core Web Vitals, Schema markup, robots.txt, sitemap.xml.
- Current keyword analysis: where you rank, where you're close to top 10, what's falling.
- Competitive analysis: top 5 real competitors in your niche, what they do better.
- Prioritised plan of 10-15 actions for 3 months.
Delivery: PDF + spreadsheet + 1h explanatory call + 7 days post-delivery email support.
Full audit (2-3 weeks)
For mid-size to large sites, e-commerce, multi-country, or complex cases. Covers everything in the quick plus:
- Full crawl of the site (not just top 20).
- Deep technical audit: server log analysis if you provide access, crawl budget, multi-country hreflang, render checks.
- Content analysis: cannibalisation between URLs, competitive gap, measured quality (not just quantity).
- Backlink analysis from Ahrefs/Semrush: toxic vs healthy profile, opportunities, anchor text distribution.
- Deep competitive analysis: 10-15 competitors across clusters, not just generic top 5.
- Prioritised 6-month strategic plan with quarterly KPIs.
Delivery: PDF (40-80 pages) + detailed spreadsheet + 1h call + 7 days post-delivery + implementation proposal if wanted.
The method
What I DON'T do: pass your URL through 3 tools, export auto-generated PDF, charge €150, and disappear.
What I DO: read the site manually, cross data from multiple sources, identify patterns tools don't detect, contextualise everything with your sector and competition, and write a report a competent person can execute without consulting me on every step.
What you get on delivery day
- Professional PDF with the full analysis (no generic template).
- Spreadsheet with prioritised tasks (P0 critical, P1 high impact, P2 improvement, P3 prerequisite-dependent) with effort and impact estimate.
- 1-hour call via Google Meet explaining the report to whoever implements.
- 7 days post-delivery for email questions at no extra cost.
- «What NOT to do» document: an honest section where I warn you about things that seem like a good idea and aren't (changing domain, adding more blog posts with no strategy, etc.).
What I don't do
- I don't send auto-generated audits without human reading behind.
- I don't promise specific results («you'll go up X positions») without knowing your niche.
- I don't include generic actions like «improve your title tags» without saying exactly which and how.
- I don't upsell during delivery. If the next phase makes sense I propose it; if not, I don't.
After the audit
Three options:
- You or your team implement: the report is built for that. 7 days email support included.
- You contract implementation with me: Local SEO, Technical SEO, or Consultancy depending on the case. I discount the audit cost from the first month.
- You take your time: the report is valid 12 months. Come back when you want.
Next step
Send me your URL and a paragraph describing what worries you or what you want to resolve. I respond in 24-48h with a fixed price (quick or full depending on fit) and a tentative delivery date.

FAQ
- What's the difference between the quick and full audit?
- The quick one (1 week) covers top 20 pages, basic technical (CWV, Schema, robots, sitemap), current keywords, and top 5 competitors. Good for initial diagnosis and 3-month plan. The full one (2-3 weeks) adds full crawl, deep technical analysis with log analysis if you provide access, content analysis (cannibalisation, competitive gap, quality), backlink analysis from Ahrefs/Semrush, and 6-month strategic plan.
- What tools do you use? Can you connect to mine?
- Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights, Schema Validator, and in-house tooling for log analysis. If you already have Semrush/Ahrefs at your company, we can use your account to avoid duplicating costs. If not, it's included in the price.
- Do you implement what you recommend or just deliver the report?
- The audit doesn't include implementation. If you want to implement with me afterwards, we contract Technical SEO or Local SEO depending on the case, and we discount the audit cost from the first month. If not, your team or whoever you decide implements: the report is built so any competent technical person can execute it.
- How much does it cost?
- Quick audit: indicative fixed price based on site size (I send a fix in 24h after seeing the URL). Full audit: depends on site size and whether log analysis is included. No surprises: after seeing your URL I send a closed price and stick to it, unless during the audit a much larger scope appears, in which case I tell you before continuing.
- Can you do a free audit first to see if it fits?
- I don't do free audits. But before accepting, I look at your site for 10 minutes at no cost: if I see clear signals the problem isn't SEO or doesn't fit my way of working, I tell you and don't bill. If I see it fits, I send a proposal with a closed price and we start when you confirm.
- What if I do everything from the audit and see no results?
- If you do everything in the plan and at 6 months see no measurable improvement, I redo the audit (same price, full refresh) at no cost. It's the only honest guarantee I can give: SEO depends on many factors I don't control (algorithm, competition, implementation quality). But if you followed the plan faithfully and nothing moved, something escaped me and I investigate it.
